Objectives

To support the provision of quality services that encourages social services, civic, and economic participation of all ODA members with its staff in line with rules and regulations of the country.
To attract, settle, and integrate Oromia immigrants in abroad and returnees inside the country in partnership with concerned government, public and private organizations and agencies by sound human resource management.
To Make ODA the center of updated information for its members
To uphold the rights of members and advocate their benefits in general.
Work to improve access to potable water, health, Education, empower women and mitigate illegal migration of youths through problem solving interventions
